Fat Burning Vegetable Soup Diet

The fat burning vegetable soup diet is very popular because it doesn’t have limitation on the amount of food you can eat.

At the same time it allows many different products in addition the main ingredient – the soup.

It is called fat burning because of the specially picked vegetables that form this amazing soup.

All of these vegetables have negative calorie value which means that your body uses more energy to digest them than the calorie value they contain.

Fat Burning Soup Recipe

Ingredients: 6 medium size onions, 3 tomatoes, 1 small head of cabbage, 2 green bell peppers, 1 beam of celery, fresh herbs, a little salt and pepper to taste.

Cut the vegetables into small pieces and put into boiling pot.

Fill the boiling pot with water to cover the vegetables, add 1 cube of vegetable bouillon and seasoning and boil on high heat for about 10 minutes. Reduce the heat to medium low and cook until vegetables become soft.

Add fresh herbs and serve.

Foods You Must Avoid

Vegetable soup diet is pretty strict and while you get the amazing results upon the completion, there are some foods you should absolutely exclude from your ration. Those are:

  • Alcoholic beverages
  • Bread
  • Soda
  • Sugar
  • Any kind of fat or food containing fat.

The good news though is that you can eat as much soup as you want. However try to limit your meals to 4 times a day.

Vegetable Soup Diet Plan

DAY 1

  • Soup and fresh fruits. Eat as much soup and fruits as you like. Avoid bananas and grapes.

DAY 2

  • Soup and green vegetables (broccoli, spinach, asparagus, green beans, etc.). Avoid corn, green peas and beans. Eat one baked potato with a little bit of olive oil for dinner.

DAY 3

  • Soup, fruits and vegetables.

DAY 4

  • Soup, fruits and vegetables, including bananas and yogurt.

DAY 5

  • Soup, chicken or beef (preferably steamed, broiled or boiled) and tomatoes.

DAY 6

  • Soup, chicken or beef and vegetables (preferable green leafy).

DAY 7

  • Fat burning vegetable soup, wild rice with vegetables and fruit juice.

Note: If you start losing weight too fast, stop the diet and gradually go back to your usual eating habits.
