Summer Fruit Salad

Here is the snack my mom used to make me in summer. It was very refreshing and full of vitamins. Not your average fruit salad!
Ingredients:
1 cup of fresh organic strawberries sliced
1 cup of kiwis sliced
1 cup of mangoes sliced
1 cup of oranges sliced
1 cup of fresh peaches sliced
1 cup of red seedless grapes
1 small bunch of fresh mint
Juice from one lemon
Lemon zest
2 TBLS of organic honey
Preparation:
Combine juice from one lemon with organic honey and lemon zest. Wisk together until smooth. Dice fresh mint and add to the mixture. Set aside.
Put sliced fruit into a bowl and mix slightly. Pour the lemon and honey dressing ontop and regregirate for 30 minutes.
